PROJECT OVERVIEW

Mercedes Benz Places / Binghatti City is a large scale residential community developed by Binghatti in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz. The project introduces a city level concept where architecture, brand identity, and residential living are combined into a single master planned environment. The development is composed of a collection of residential towers organised around a structured urban layout. Buildings are arranged with a focus on visual clarity, balanced proportions, and strong architectural presence. The design language takes inspiration from the engineering and performance heritage associated with the Mercedes Benz brand, translating movement and precision into built form. At the centre of the community sits a promenade that acts as the social core of the district. Retail spaces, cafés, and everyday services are positioned along this pedestrian zone, creating an environment where residential living, public activity, and lifestyle amenities are naturally connected. Landscaped parks and open areas introduce a series of outdoor spaces intended for recreation, relaxation, and daily movement through the community. AREA DESCRIPTION

Meydan is a rapidly developing district located close to the centre of Dubai, known for its connection to Meydan Racecourse and the wider Meydan master development. The area combines residential communities, leisure destinations, and large scale urban projects that continue to expand the district’s presence within the city. From Meydan, residents benefit from quick access to Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and major road networks that connect to the rest of the city. The location offers the advantage of central proximity while maintaining a more open and less congested environment compared with the core commercial districts.
